Disclaimer and Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

We order sexed female chicks from the hatchery.  However, we cannot guarantee that you will not get a rooster, it happens.  Sorry if it does and we  do not trade roosters for hens.  

All of our chicks are vaccinated for Mereks. Once a chick, chicken, rabbit, or other farm animal is purchased and leaves our farm it is yours to keep and be responsible for.  We try our hardest to make sure you are getting a healthy animal.  Once it leaves our location, it is your responsibility for well being.  We cannot control what happens to it once it leaves the farm.  Therefore, we do not replace animals that have died that are in your possession, except in special cases.  It is crucial to know that chicks can be over handled, especially by children playing with them, and can easily die.  We do not offer replacements should this happen.
